Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing lots, or placing a bid on PrincePanderer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, bid on a lot, or view any listing on this site. By accessing the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Auction Slots

A flat five dollar fee opens a single auction slot. The fee is charged at the time a slot is opened and covers the listing period only. It does not guarantee any minimum number of bids or a completed sale.

Bidding and Payments

All bids placed are binding offers to purchase the listed item at the bid amount. The highest bid at the close of the countdown wins the lot. Winning bidders are charged automatically through our payment processor and are obligated to complete payment in full.

Lot Listings

Every lot must be described accurately, including condition, provenance and any flaws. Listings that misrepresent an item, use misleading photographs, or omit material defects may be removed without notice or refund of the slot fee.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates, labels and tracking are generated for the winning bidder once payment clears. Delivery timelines are estimates only and PrincePanderer is not responsible for carrier delays once a parcel has been handed off for shipment.

Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, fraud, impersonation, bid manipulation and any attempt to circumvent payment or shipping obligations are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of your account.

Disputes

Disputes over a completed auction, a shipment, or an item's condition should be reported through our contact form within seven days of delivery. We will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution between the parties involved.

Limitation of Liability

PrincePanderer facilitates listings and bidding but does not manufacture, inspect or warrant any item offered on the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrincePanderer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from a transaction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
